For Referring Counsel

As a solo practitioner, Mr. Hood understands that many attorneys simply don’t have the time to commit to learning all the federal laws regarding disability, and don’t have to time to commit to writing appellate briefs at the federal level. Mr. Hood does Federal Court appeals for other lawyers. You would simply need to file the Complaint in your local federal district court, along with a letter stating that you wish for Mr. Hood to Co-Counsel. On successful appeals, you will get paid an EAJA fee amount for the time you put into filing the Complaint, and I will take the EAJA fee for my work. Then you get your client back for a new hearing at the ALJ level. Mr. Hood pays great attention to detail.  He is extremely familiar with SSD Laws and administrative regulations and Rulings.
